Our story
Maxfair & Company limited is a homeopathic manufacture in Bangladesh, registered as a private limited company with the registrar of joint stock companies & firms, known as “Maxfair” in Bangladesh has obtained drug manufacturing license in 1997 from the Directorate General of Drug Administration and Licensing Authority (Drugs), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Bangladesh.
As far as the range of products & standard is concerned the company manufactures all kind of homoeopathic & biochemic medicine following homoeopathic pharmacopoeias of united states (HPUS), Homoeopathic pharmacopoeia of India (HPI) and Bangladesh Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia (BHP). The company runs its homoeo division by technically qualified and highly experienced personal. Maxfair maintains quality of products following Good manufacturing practice (GMP) to the end customers & quality assurance system starting from procurement of raw material to finished product.
Maxfair have constructed its factory building with a covered area of 16,000 Sft in Natun Nagor, Savar (near Dhaka export processing zone), 35 km away from Dhaka. Now it is one of the largest homoeopathic pharmaceutical industries in Bangladesh.
The head office is situated in Dhaka where from the entire business is managed by the technically knowledgeable & experienced board of management.
Founder Profile
Mr. S.A.M. Reza-ur Rahim is the founder Managing Director of Maxfair & Company Ltd.
He completed his Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry in 1975 with honours, started his carrier with SGS, an internationally reputed Inspection & Testing Company based in Geneva, Switzerland. He developed his carrier in SGS as National Quality Manager & Chief Chemist of SGS laboratory, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In 1991 he completed a tailored Business Management Course in Kulalampur, Malaysia under Prof. M. Chaplan & S. A. Marash of STAT- A-Matrix Inc. USA.
He left SGS in April 1993 and started consultancy business on Quality Assurance of Food, Drugs & Textile Manufacturing till 1997,the year of formation of Maxfair.
He contributed his academic knowledge & experience in preparation of National Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia GMP Guide Line.
He was nominated 2 terms as member of homoeopathic Board under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
